Removing ( Refitting )     Op. 5010B24 UNDER-FACIA AIR DUCTS R R    Op. 5580C22 AIR BAG MODULE PASSANGER SIDE R R
Before working on the Air Bag system, follow the safety instructions for working on the system very carefully (    Op. 5580C AIR BAG SYSTEM ).
    Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+R    Op. 1048A10 AIR CLEANER FILTERING ELEMENT - REPLACERemove the sound insulation, if fitted.Prepare a suitable container for collecting the coolant.1. Open the heater coolant supply and return pipe retaining bands.2. Disconnect the pipes and collect the coolant.Close the pipes to prevent foreign bodies from entering.
1. Working in the passenger compartment, disconnect the Air Bag wiring retainers.2. Undo the bolts (2a) and the nut (2b) secured to the crossmember (2c), then remove the crossmember.
1. Disconnect the electrical connection connected to the heater.2. Loosen the bolts fixing the heater casing.3. Remove the heater casing, complete with wiring and controls mounting.
Refitting ( Removing ) Check that the heater casing is not damaged.Reposition the heater casing, complete with wiring and controls mounting.Tighten the bolts fixing the heater casing.Connect the electrical connection connected to the heater casing.Position the crossmember and secure it using the bolts and the nut.Connect the Air Bag wiring retainers.Connect the coolant supply and return pipes to the heater, then secure them using the retaining bands.Reposition the sound insulation, if fitted.    Op. 1048A10 AIR CLEANER FILTERING ELEMENT - REPLACE    Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+R    Op. 5580C22 AIR BAG MODULE PASSANGER SIDE R R    Op. 5010B24 UNDER-FACIA AIR DUCTS R RRefill the engine cooling circuit with the recommended fluid.     Op. 1016A10 SOUND-PROOFING COVER - R + R Prepare a suitable container for collecting the coolant.1. Open the bands retaining the coolant supply and return pipes to the heater.2. Disconnect the pipes and collect the coolant.Close the pipes to prevent the intake of foreign bodies.
1. Working in the passenger compartment, disconnect the Air Bag wiring retainers. . 2. Undo the bolts (2a) and the nut (2b) fixing the crossmember (2c), then remove the crossmember.
1. Disconnect the electrical connection connected to the heater.
