Open the bonnet lid. - 1016A10 sound-proofing cover - r + rDisconnect the battery negative (-) terminal.1. Disconnect the electrical connection from the EGR solenoid.2. Disconnect the vacuum intake pipe from the EGR system solenoid.3. Disconnect the EGR valve from the solenoid.4. Undo nuts (4a) and remove EGR system solenoid (4b). | Name | Connector |

Fit the EGR system solenoid and secure
with the nuts.Connect the EGR valve pipe to the solenoid.Connect the vacuum intake pipe to the EGR
system solenoid.Connect the EGR solenoid electrical connection. Connect the negative (-) battery terminal. - 1016A10 sound-proofing cover - r + rClose the bonnet lid.
