2892503 - E2031 REAR FOG LAMPS - Functional description
Functional description
The electronic device located inside the switch unit
H90 controls
the rear fog lamps circuit.
The button - in the actual unit
H90 -
sends the operating signal to this device, which receives the supply
controlled by the ignition INT (pin 6 for connector A of H90) from the line protected by fuse F8 of the junction
unit B1.
The device only controls the supply of the
rera fog lamp (from pin 7 of connector A) in the left rear light
cluster
F30 (pin 1) if one of the two go ahead signals
from the dipped headlamps or the fog lamps arrives.
The first signal (dipped headlamps on) arrives
from the steering column switch unit
H5 to pin 8 of connector
A: it is a supply controlled by the ignition (INT) for the line
protected by fuse F8 of the junction unit B1.
The second signal (fog lamps on) is supplied
by the internal circuit for the unit
H90.With the rear fog lamps switched on, a signal
also lights up the control button.
The entire control unit
H90 is
lit when the ignition is switched on (INT/A) by the line (pin 5
of connector A) protected by fuse B27.
