2892274 - 7065A12 front seat belt (one), lh or rh, with pretensioner on wheel - r r

Before removing and refitting the pretensioners, observe all the specified safety regulations (see 7065A Warnings and precautions).

Removing ( Refitting )  - 7045A10  l/h or r/h front seat (one) - r+r - 3380A44  handbrake/linkage protection - r+r (left side only)  - 7040H34  central pillar trim - r r1. Compress the retainer (1a) and release the pin (1b).2. Disconnect the electrical connection from the pretensioner.

3. Undo the bolt.4. Remove the seat belt and pretensioner (3a) releasing it from the retainer (3b). Place the pretensioner in the special cabinet, resting it on a free surface. Refitting ( Removing ) Reposition the pretensioner and make sure that retainer engages in the housing in the bodyshell.Tighten the bolt to the specified torque.

Do not use impact tools for tightening.

Connect the electrical connection for the pretensioner.Tighten the bolt securing the end of the seatbelt and fit the protection.Fit the pins and do up the retainers.Position the seat belt idler and tighten the nut to the recommended torque.

3. Connect the electrical connection.4. Fit the pin (4a) in place and attach the retainer (4b).
