The vehicle has two special lamps for the
dipped beam headlamps.The dipped beam headlamps are switched on
through the steering column switch unit by turning the special ring
nut in the position after the side lights.A special relay - under the dashboard next
to the junction unit - keeps the dipped beam headlamps on with the
main beam headlamps on.The circuit is protected by two fuses, one
for the right hand headlamp, one for the left hand headlamp.The dipped beam headlamps circuit also gives
the go ahead for the operation of the headlamp alignment and the
headlamp washer circuit.
