- 1088E10 radiator cooling fan - r + rPlace a container under the vehicle to
collect the engine coolant.1. Open collar (1a) and disconnect lower radiator hose (1b) to
drain the engine coolant into the underlying container.2. Open collar (2a) and disconnect upper hose (2b) from the radiator
to drain the engine coolant into the underlying container.3. Undo the bolts securing the radiator to the crossmember.4. Remove the radiator from the upper part of the car by releasing
from the lower retaining blocks.

Check the condition of the radiator and
make sure the outside is clean. | If the radiator removed previously is being reused, before refitting check that it is clean and, if necessary, wash the outside using a jet of water, adjusting the pressure so that fins are not distorted, then blow through with compressed air. |
