2888493 - X01 EXCESSIVE FUEL CONSUMPTION

The engine seems to be working normally, but the fuel consumption is higher than ever before for the vehicle. When the engine is set to METHANE mode using the appropriate selector, the engine does not run for as long as indicated
The fuel consumption figures in the technical documentation for the vehicle have been defined during the course of homologation tests in accordance with directive 93/116/CE. These tests simulate an urban route and an "average" extra-urban route and therefore they may not be indicative because fuel consumption depends greatly on the style of driving.
