2891499 - 1043A57 lpg fuel system submerged pump r r with tank and valve unit cover removed (GPOWER)

Removing ( Refitting )
Place two wooden blocks at the base of the tank to prevent it accidentally turning. If it rolls over,: the oil in the pump could come out and impair pump operation.
Before servicing, ensure the tank has been sent to the appropriate centres for emptying and rendering inert, after agreement with T.D.A. (Italy)/Teseo (abroad).
Before carrying out any operations to the 80% valve, discharge any air remaining inside the tank following the procedure described  - 1043A08  lpg tank check seal .
If a strong smell of LPG should be smelt during this operation, suspend the procedure immediately and send the tank back to the company responsible for drainage. A slight smell of LPG is, however, considered normal.

During this extraction operation, do not turn the pump upsidedown because the oil inside could come out and damage the actual pump.
Refitting ( Removing ) 1. Check that the seal on the lower part of the pump is intact and correctly positioned; the seal should always be replaced.
