Removing ( Refitting ) Place the vehicle on a lift.Raise the car.1. Using clamps (1a), close the power unit coolant pipes (1b) in the climate control casing inlet/outlet area.
1. Disconnect the electrical connection.

2. Disconnect the fuel pipe.3. Unscrew the nuts.
1. Gently lower the heater.2. Loosen the bands (2a) and disconnect the pipes (2b) from the heater, allowing the liquid to flow into a suitable container.
If necessary, separate the heater from the mounting, following the instructions given below.1. Disconnect the electrical connection.2. Loosen the band (2a) and disconnect the drainage pipe (2b) from the heater. 3. Loosen the band (3a) and disconnect the fuel pipe (3b).
1. Turn the heater assembly over and undo the bolts.2. Separate the heater (2a) from the support (2b).
Refitting ( Removing ) Check that the heater is not damaged.If the heater has been separated from the support, follow the instructions given below.Position the heater on the support and secure it using the bolts.Turn the heater assembly and support over and connect the fuel pipe.Connect the drainage pipe.Connect the electrical connection.Connect the pipes to the heater.Place the heater assembly in position and secure it using the nuts.Connect the fuel pipe.Connect the electrical connection.Remove the clamps from the power unit coolant pipes in the climate control casing inlet/outlet area. Lower the vehicle and remove it from the lift.Top up the power unit coolant level.Check that the additional heater is working properly.
