3023298 - E3032 DOOR MIRROR ADJUSTMENT - Description

Description

The door mirrors are adjustable electrically in both directions by means of a joystick; a slide switch selects the right or left mirror. The button, which can be pressed in four directions, controls two electric motors located in each of the two mirrors: one motor rotates the mirror on a horizontal axis, while the other on a vertical axis.Mirror movement is disabled with a battery voltage of less than 10 V, and takes place when the ignition is on.The circuit is controlled by the services relay and protected by two fuses, all located in the unit under the dashboard. In the presence of an ignition-controlled supply (INT), the Body computer energizes the relay; dudring starting, this relay is temporarily deactivated. If the ignition is off (STOP), the Body Computer keeps the relay - which also supplies the electric windows - activated for 3 minutes, but deactivates it immediately when one of the two front doors is opened  See E3050  ELECTRIC FRONT WINDOWS .
