using a hydraulic press.

Thoroughly clean and degrease the contact
surfaces of the new ring gear and the flywheel.Heat the new ring gear evenly in an oven
to a temperature of between 120° and 140° C.Fit the ring gear on the flywheel. | Leave to cool to ambient temperature without cooling forcibly. |
