) Position the vehicle on the ramp.Proceed with removal - 7055B54 under-engine guard - r r .Proceed with removal - 7055B64 Engine compartment DUST shield in front wheel arch (one), left or right - R.R. .Proceed with removal - 7055B42 Additional FRONT WHEEL ARCH (one), left or right - R.R. .Proceed with removal - 7210E10 R.R. FRONT BUMPER .Proceed with removal - 1048B48 heat exchanger duct - r r .1. Loosen the band and disconnect the supply hose between the turbocharger and the heat exchanger, heat exchanger side.2. Loosen the band and disconnect the air supply duct from heat exchanger to inlet manifold, heat exchanger side.3. Undo the supercharging air/air heat exchanger fixing bolts.4. Remove the supercharging air/air heat exchanger after having released the pins from the lower fastening bushes.

) Place the supercharging air/air heat exchanger in its housing fastening the pins to the lower bushes.Tighten the bolts fixing the supercharging air/air heat exchanger.Cconnect the air supply hose from heat exchanger to inlet manifold, heat exchanger side, and tighten the band.Connect the supply hose between the turbocharger and the heat exchanger, heat exchanger side, and secure with a band.Proceed with refitting - 1048B48 heat exchanger duct - r r .Proceed with refitting - 7210E10 R.R. FRONT BUMPER .Proceed with refitting - 7055B42 Additional FRONT WHEEL ARCH (one), left or right - R.R. .Proceed with refitting - 7055B64 Engine compartment DUST shield in front wheel arch (one), left or right - R.R. .Proceed with refitting - 7055B54 under-engine guard - r r .Remove the car from the ramps.
