The 'voice command' function is managed by the telephone module which is incorporated in the Connect. The microphone is located on the outside.

	Remove the Connect and check the continuity/insulation of the cable connecting the Connect and the microphone in the courtesy light. See E3570 INTEGRATED RADIO PHONE	Continue to Step 3	Microphone wiring faulty	Renew the electrical connection.
