3024757 - 1008B30 gearbox side mount flexible block - replace

Removing ( Refitting ) Position the vehicle on the ramp.Proceed with removal  - 7055B54  under-engine guard - r r .Proceed with removal  - 1048B14  air delivery pipe between turbo charger and heat exchanger - replace .Position a hydraulic jack under the gearbox.1. Undo the nut (1a) and disconnect the earth lead (1b) from the gearbox side rigid power unit support.

2. Undo the bolts fixing the power unit gearbox side rigid support to the flexible mounting.3. Undo the bolts (3a) and remove the power unit gearbox side rigid engine mount (3b).4. Undo the bolts (4a) and remove the gearbox side support flexible mounting (4b). Refitting ( Removing ) 1. Place the flexible mounting for the gearbox side support (1a) back in its housing and secure it by tightening the bolts (1b) to the recommended torque.

2. Refit the gearbox side power unit rigid support (2a) in its seating and tighten the bolts (2b) to the specified torque.

3. Undo the bolt fixing the gearbox side rigid power unit support to the flexbile block to the specified torque.

4. Connect the earth lead (4a) to the gearbox side rigid power unit support and tighten the nut (4b).Remove the hydraulic jack from under the gearbox. Proceed with refitting  - 1048B14  air delivery pipe between turbo charger and heat exchanger - replace .Proceed with refitting  - 7055B54  under-engine guard - r r .Remove the car from the ramps.
