3025419 - 5040A52 pipe from condenser to dehydrating filter - r+r

Follow the safety instructions ( See subassembly 5040   AIR CONDITIONING CASING AND COMPONENTS ).
Removing ( Refitting ) Drain the coolant ( - 5040A10  Air conditioning refrigerant CIRCUIT - Draining and Refilling ). - 7055B54  under-engine guard - r r - 7210E10  R.R. FRONT BUMPER1. Undo the bolts fixing the pipe to the condenser and to the drier filter.2. Disconnect the connectors for the pipe from the condenser and from the drier filter.
Seal the disconnected connectors, using suitable plugs, to prevent humidity and impurities from entering the system.
3. Recover the pipe.
Refitting ( Removing ) Check that the pipe is not damaged or cracked.Reposition the pipe.
Replace the O-rings for the connectors.
Use only green coloured seals, resistant to R134A coolant fluid.
Lubricate the threads of the connectors using anti-freeze.
Connect the pipe connectors and tighten the bolts.
