Proceed with the removal - 4450B11 WHEEL (one) rear - R.R. (Right side).Proceed with the removal - 7055B43 REAR WHEEL ARCH liner (one), left or right - R.R. (Right side).Proceed with removal - 1040A70 submerged pump assembly complete with level guage control - r + r .Proceed with removal - 1040A30 fuel filler pipe - r + r .Remove the handbrake boot.Proceed with removal - 1076B22 rear exhaust silencer - r+r emission control versions .Proceed with removal - 1076B26 intermediate exhaust silencer - r+r emission control versions .Proceed with removal - 1040A10 fuel tank - r + r and decant fuel .1. Release the rigid pipe from the connector to the right rear brake from the attachments on the underbody. 2. Undo the connector (2a) and disconnect the rigid pipe from the connector to the right rear brake (2b), connector side.

1. Undo the connector (1a) and disconnect the rigid pipe from the connector to the right rear brake (1b), right rear brake side.Remove the rigid pipe from connector to rear right brake.

Refitting ( Removing

) Refit in its seating the rigid pipe from connector to rear right brake.1. Connect the rigid pipe from the connector to the right rear brake (1a), right rear brake side, and tighten the relevant connector (1b) to the recommended torque.

1. Connect rigid pipe from the connector to the right rear brake (1a), connector side, and tighten the connector (1b) to the recommended torque.

2. Secure the rigid pipe from the connector to the right rear brake to the attachments on the underbody.

Proceed with refitting - 1040A10 fuel tank - r + r and decant fuel .Proceed with refitting - 1076B26 intermediate exhaust silencer - r+r emission control versions .Proceed with refitting - 1076B22 rear exhaust silencer - r+r emission control versions .Proceed with refitting - 1040A30 fuel filler pipe - r + r .Proceed with refitting - 1040A70 submerged pump assembly complete with level guage control - r + r .Bleed the air from the hydraulic braking system - 3330A14 HYDRAULIC BRAKING SYSTEM - Bleed air .Adjust the travel of the handbrake lever - 3380A04 handbrake - check travel .Place the handbrake boot back in its housing.Proceed with the refitting - 7055B43 REAR WHEEL ARCH liner (one), left or right - R.R. (Right side).Proceed with the refitting - 4450B11 WHEEL (one) rear - R.R. (Right side).Connect the negative (-) battery terminal.Remove the car from the ramps.
