3025348 - 4420C30 l/h or r/h rear suspension tie rod (one) - r+r

) Position the vehicle on the ramp.Proceed with the removal - 4450B11 WHEEL (one) rear - R.R. . 1. Undo bolts (1a) and remove protection (1b).

1. Undo the nut securing the rear suspension tie rod to the hub stub axle.2. Undo the bolts (2a) and remove the rear suspension tie rod (2b).

Refitting ( Removing

) 1. Refit the rear suspension tie rod (1a) in its seating and secure to the body by tightening bolts (1b) to the specified torque.

2. Fit the nut securing the rear longitudinal strut (1a) to the stub axle without tightening it.

1. Position the suspension so that the difference in height between the distance D-C is 13 mm.

this distance is valid for all versions and does not depend on the weight of the vehicle and is designed to prevent torsional pre-loading of the flexible bushes.

1. Tighten the bolt securing the rear suspension tie rod to the stub axle to the specified torque.

Place the protection back in its housing and secure it using the bolt.Proceed with the refitting - 4450B11 WHEEL (one) rear - R.R. .Remove the car from the ramp.Proceed with the refitting - 4450A40 rear wheel geometry - check using optical equipment .
