3022630 - I59 INTERIOR LIGHTS DO NOT GO OFF/COME ON GRADUALLY

The interior timed lights work when controlled manually, but the dimmer doesn't work when the doors are opened.
When one of the side doors is opened, the courtesy light is turned on for a period of 3 minutes and the lights are switched on/off gradually (dimming). When the car is unlocked after activation of the remote control, the courtesy light is switched on for a period of 15 seconds, which is interrupted by the ignition ON signal. If the ignition ON signal is present following the opening of a door, the courtesy lights come on.
