INTRODUCTION

On all versions, there are standard accessories for increasing the passive safety of the occupants and ensuring adequate protection of the car against theft.To ensure a high level of passive safety of the passengers, in addition to the features adopted for the bodywork, there is an electronically-controlled Air Bag system consisting of six bags and two pretensioners for the front seat belts which, in the case of a front or side collision which exceeds a particular threshold, protects the occupants of the front seats and the heads of the occupants of the rear seat.

To protect against theft, all the cars are fitted with an electronic immobilization system called 'Alfa Code'.To complete the system, on request there is further protection of the internal spaces with an alarm indicator to prevent theft of objects located inside the car and attempted break-ins.
