Removing ( Refitting ) Position the vehicle on the ramp.Ensure that the ignition key is in the stop OFF, then disconnect the battery negative terminal.

Proceed with the removal  - 7055B54  under-engine guard - r r . Proceed with the removal  - 1072C44  exhaust manifold heat shield on bulkhead - r+r . Proceed with the removal  - 1080B40  catalytic pre-converter - r r . 1. Position a hydraulic jack under the power unit rear rigid mounting.2. Undo the bolt securing the power unit rear rigid mounting to the flexible mounting.Lower the power unit rigid rear support, as necessary, using the hydraulic jack.3. Undo the nuts (3a) and remove the heat shield (3b) protecting the flexible mounting.4. Undo the bolts (4a) and remove the flexible mounting for the power unit rear support (4b). Refitting ( Removing ) 1. Place a new flexible mounting for the power unit rear support (1a) back in its housing and secure it by tightening the bolts (1b) to the recommended torque.

2. Place the heat shield (2a) for the flexible mounting back in its housing and secure it using the nuts (2b).Place the rigid rear support for the power unit back in its housing using the hydraulic jack.3. Tighten the bolt securing the rigid rear power unit support to the flexible mounting to the recommended torque.

4. Remove the hydraulic jack from under the power unit rigid rear support. Proceed with the refitting  - 1080B40  catalytic pre-converter - r r .Proceed with the refitting  - 1072C44  exhaust manifold heat shield on bulkhead - r+r .Proceed with the refitting  - 7055B54  under-engine guard - r r .Connect the battery terminal (-).Remove the car from the ramp.
