3024792 - 1032B44 toothed drive pulley - r + r with timing belt removed

Removing ( Refitting ) Position the vehicle on the ramp.1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the cover (1b).2. Fit the flywheel lock.

1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the counter-balance shaft drive belt drive pulley (1b).2. Undo the (left hand thread) bolt (2a) and remove the drive pulley (2b). Refitting ( Removing ) Place the drive pulley back in its housing and secure it tightening the bolt to the recommended torque.

Place the counter-balance shaft drive belt drive pulley back in its housing and secure it tightening the bolts to the recommended torque.

Remove the flywheel lock.

Place the cover back in its housing and secure it using the bolts.Remove the car from the ramp.
