3025128 - 2110D52 l/h flange on differential - r + r with drive shaft removed

Removing ( Refitting ) 1. Undo the drain plug and drain the manual gearbox-differential oil.

Collect the gearbox-differential oil in a suitable container.

1. Remove the left internal differential driveshaft (1a) using tools (1b) and (1c).

1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the left flange on the differential (1b), complete with oil seal (1c) and O-ring. Refitting ( Removing ) 1. Refit in its seating the left flange on the differential (1a), complete with O-ring and oil seal (1b), and secure it with the relevant bolts (1c) to the specified torque.

Refit the differential inner drive shaft in its seating.1. Tighten the manual gearbox and differential fluid drain plug to the recommended torque.

Refill the manual gearbox and differential  - 2110A04  Manual gearbox and differential OIL - Check level and top up, if necessary .
