3025561 - 5540C25 HEADLAMP ALIGNMENT CORRECTION MOTOR -R.R. WITH HEADLAMP/LIGHT CLUSTER REMOVED

Removing ( Refitting ) 1. Release the retainers (1a) and remove the cover (1b).2. Unscrew the motor retaining bolt.3. Disconnect the motor shaft (3a) from the retainer (3b).4. Move the motor slightly and disconnect the electrical connection.5. Recover the motor. Refitting ( Removing ) Check that the motor is undamaged, and if necessary conduct an electrical test on it.Connect the electrical connectionConnect the motor shaft to the retainer.Position the motor and secure with bolts.Position the cover and attach the retainers.
