Proceed with removal - 1040A70 submerged pump assembly complete with level guage control - r + r .Proceed with removal - 1076B22 rear exhaust silencer - r+r emission control versions .Proceed with removal - 1076B26 intermediate exhaust silencer - r+r emission control versions .Proceed with removal - 4450B08 right rear wheel r r .Proceed with removal - 1040A10 fuel tank - r + r and decant fuel .1. Release the rigid pipe from the connector to the right rear brake from the attachments on the underbody. 2. Undo the connector (2a) and disconnect the rigid pipe from the connector to the right rear brake (2b), connector side.

1. Undo the connector (1a) and disconnect the rigid pipe from the connector to the right rear brake (1b), right rear brake side. Remove the rigid pipe from connector to rear right brake.

Refitting ( Removing

) Refit in its seating the rigid pipe from connector to rear right brake. 1. Connect the rigid pipe from the connector to the right rear brake (1a), right rear brake side, and tighten the relevant connector (1b) to the recommended torque.

1. Connect rigid pipe from the connector to the right rear brake (1a), connector side, and tighten the connector (1b) to the recommended torque.

2. Secure the rigid pipe from the connector to the right rear brake to the attachments on the underbody.

Proceed with refitting - 1040A10 fuel tank - r + r and decant fuel .Proceed with refitting - 4450B08 right rear wheel r r .Proceed with refitting - 1076B26 intermediate exhaust silencer - r+r emission control versions .Proceed with refitting - 1076B22 rear exhaust silencer - r+r emission control versions .Proceed with refitting - 1040A70 submerged pump assembly complete with level guage control - r + r .Top up the brake-clutch fluid level - 0010T64 brake and or clutch fluid check level and top up as necessary .Bleed the air from the hydraulic braking system - 0010T65 hydraulic brake system bleed air .Adjust the travel of the handbrake lever - 3380A04 handbrake - check travel .Connect the negative (-) battery terminal.Remove the car from the ramps.
