Removing ( Refitting ) Position the vehicle on the ramp.Ensure that the ignition key is in OFF position, then disconnect the battery negative terminal (-).

Proceed with removal  - 7055B54  under-engine guard - r r .1. Disconnect the electrical connection for the air conditioning compressor electromagnet coupling.

2. Disconnect the electrical connection for the upper left Lambda sensor.

1. Loosen the band (1a) and disconnect the oil vapour recirculation pipe (1b) from the corrugated hose.2. Loosen the bands (2a) and remove the corrugated hose (2b), complete with resonator (2c).
Proceed with removal  - 1016A42  left hand cylinder head ignition coil cover - r+r .1. Disconnect the electrical connections from the left cylinder head ignition coils.

3. Undo the bolts (3a) fixing the cable duct (3b) to the left tappet cover.
1. Open the electrical connections box cover.2. Disconnect the electrical connection for the upper right Lambda sensor.

6. Undo the nut (6a) and disconnect the earth lead (6b) from the left tappet cover.

7. Disconnect the electrical connection from the engine coolant temperature sensor.

1. Disconnect the electrical connection.
Proceed with removal  - 1072B50  sleeves connecting air capacity box to inlet manifold is - r+r .1. Disconnect the electrical connections from the right cylinder head ignition coils.

2. Disconnect the electrical connections from the right cylinder head injectors.

3. Undo the bolts (3a) fixing the cable duct (3b) to the right tappet cover.
Remove the system cable loom after having released it from the fastenings. Refitting ( Removing ) Place the cable loom back in its housing and fix it using the bands.Tighten the bolts fixing the cable duct to the right tappet cover.Connect the electrical connections to the right cylinder head injectors.Connect the electrical connections to the right cylinder head ignition coils.Proceed with refitting  - 1072B50  sleeves connecting air capacity box to inlet manifold is - r+r .Connect the electrical connection.Connect the electrical connection to the engine coolant temperature sensor.Connect the earth lead to the left tappet cover and tighten the nut.Connect the electrical connection for the knock sensor flywheel side.Connect the electrical connection for the cam angle sensor.Connect the electrical connection for the rpm sensor.Connect the electrical connection for the right upper Lambda sensor.Close the electrical connections box cover.Tighten the bolts fixing the cable duct to the left tappet cover.Connect the electrical connections to the left cylinder head injectors.Connect the electrical connections to the left cylinder head ignition coils.Proceed with refitting  - 1016A42  left hand cylinder head ignition coil cover - r+r .Place the corrugated hose, complete with resonator, back in its housing and tighten the bands.Connect the oil vapour recirculation pipe to the corrugated hose and tighten the band.Connect the electrical connection for the left upper Lambda sensor.Connect the electrical connection to the air conditioning compressor electromagnet coupling.Proceed with refitting  - 7055B54  under-engine guard - r r .Connect the negative (-) battery terminal.Remove the car from the ramps.
