Undo the bolts (1a) and raise the power steering fluid reservoir (1b) as much as necessary.2. Loosen the band (2a) and disconnect the supply hose from the fluid reservoir from the power assisted steering pump inlet pipe (2b), reservoir side.
1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the underbody reinforcements (1b).2. Undo the bolts securing the power steering box to the front suspension crossmember.
1. Undo the bolt (1a) and remove the bracket (1b) fixing the power steering pipes.Move the power steering box as much as necessary and undo the nut securing the rigid section of the delivery hose from the fluid reservoir to the fluid reservoir to the rigid inlet pipe for the power steering pump to the power steering box. 2. Disconnect the supply pipe from the reservoir to the power assisted steering pump inlet pipe, power steering pump inlet pipe side.
1. Release the delivery hose from the fluid reservoir to the power steering pump inlet pipe from the fastenings on the power steering box and remove.
Refitting ( Removing ) Refit the supply pipe from the coolant reservoir to the power assisted steering pump inlet pipe and secure to the power steering box.Connect the supply pipe from the fluid reservoir to the power assisted steering pump inlet pipe, power steering pump inlet pipe side.Tighten the nut securing the rigid section of the delivery hose from the fluid reservoir to the rigid inlet pipe for the power steering pump to the power steering box, then refit the power steering box in its seat Refit the power steering pipe lower mounting bracket in its seating and secure with the bolt.1. Tighten the bolts securing the power steering box to the front suspension crossmember to the specified torque.
