3024906 - 1088C14 water pump - r + r with drive belt removed

Removing ( Refitting )  - 1032B40  toothed-driven pulley (one) - r + r with timing belt removed1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the side timing belt protection (1b).2. Disconnect the electrical connection for the cam angle sensor positioned near the engine oil dipstick.3. Undo the fixing bolts (3a) and remove the cam angle sensor (3b).

1. Undo the fixing bolts (1a) and remove the water pump (1b) complete with O-ring underneath. Refitting ( Removing ) Replace the O-ring before fitting the coolant pump.Fit the coolant pump and tighten the bolts to torque.

Fit the sensor and tighten the retaining bolt.Tighten the sensor bolts to torque.
