) Position the vehicle on the ramp.Proceed with removal - 4450B12 front or rear wheels (two) - r+r .Remove the protective cap on the brake caliper bleed valve. Connect the collection system (pipe and reservoir) to the bleed valve on the brake caliper.Operate the brake pedal until the brake-clutch fluid reservoir is empty.Proceed with removal - 5530B10 battery - r+r .Proceed with removal - 5530B52 Battery DRIP TRAY/SUPPORT - R.R. .1. Undo the connectors (1a) and (1b) and remove the rigid pipes from the master cylinder to the ABS hydraulic unit (1c).2. Undo the connector (2a) and disconnect the rigid pipe from the hydraulic unit to the front right brake (2b), hydraulic unit side. Release the rigid pipe from the hydraulic unit to the front right brake from the attachment on the control unit mounting.

Proceed with removal - 7055B65 Engine compartment DUST PROTECTION in left front wheel arch - R.R. .Proceed with removal - 7055B66 Engine compartment DUST SHIELD protection in right front wheel arch - R.R. .Proceed with removal - 7055B54 under-engine guard - r r .Proceed with removal - 1076B50 exhaust pipe attachment to engine - r + r .Proceed with removal - 4130A10 power steering box - r+r - check tow-in if necessary separately - includes bleeding .1. Release the rigid pipe from the hydraulic unit to the front right brake from the attachments on the engine compartment bulkhead.

1. Undo the connector (1a) and disconnect the rigid pipe from the hydraulic unit to the front right brake (1b), flexible pipe side.2. Release the rigid pipe from the hydraulic control unit to the front right brake from the attachment in the wheelarch.

1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the protection (1b) for the fuel pipes.2. Release the fuel pipes from the fastenings under the bodyshell.

1. Working in the wheel compartment, remove the rigid pipe from the hydraulic unit to the front right brake.

Refitting ( Removing

) Place the rigid pipe from the hydraulic control unit to the right front brake back in its housing.Secure the fuel pipes to the fastenings under the bodyshell. Place the protection for the fuel pipes back in its housing and fix it using the bolts.Fix the rigid pipe from the hydraulic control unit to the front right brake to the attachment in the wheelarch. 1. Connect the rigid pipe from the hydraulic control unit to the front right brake (1a), flexible pipe side, and tighten the connector (1b) to the recommended torque.

Secure the rigid pipe from the hydraulic unit to the front right brake to the attachments on the engine compartment bulkhead.Proceed with refitting - 4130A10 power steering box - r+r - check tow-in if necessary separately - includes bleeding .Proceed with refitting - 1076B50 exhaust pipe attachment to engine - r + r .Proceed with refitting - 7055B54 under-engine guard - r r .Proceed with refitting - 7055B66 Engine compartment DUST SHIELD protection in right front wheel arch - R.R. .Proceed with refitting - 7055B65 Engine compartment DUST PROTECTION in left front wheel arch - R.R. .Proceed with refitting - 5530B52 Battery DRIP TRAY/SUPPORT - R.R. .Proceed with refitting - 5530B10 battery - r+r .Secure the rigid pipe from the hydraulic unit to the front right brake to the attachment on the control unit mounting.1. Connect the rigid pipe from the hydraulic unit to the front right brake (1a), hydraulic unit side, and tighten the connector (1b) to the specified torque.

2. Place the rigid pipes from the master cylinder to the ABS hydraulic unit (2a) in their seatings, and tighten the connectors (2b) and (2c) to the recommended torque.

Bleed the air from the hydraulic braking system - 0010T65 hydraulic brake system bleed air .Proceed with removal - 4450B12 front or rear wheels (two) - r+r .Remove the car from the ramps.
