) - 1016A10 sound-proofing cover - r + rRelease the return manifold from the intake manifold. 1. Unscrew the pipe connector from the return manifold. 2. Unscrew the pipe connector from the pressure pump. 3. Remove the pipe from the pressure pump to the fuel manifold.

Refitting ( Removing

) Fit a new pipe from the pressure pump to the fuel manifold.

Whenever you work on the pipe from the pressure pump to the fuel manifold, always fit a new pipe when reassembling to avoid leakage from the fittings.

Tighten the connectors on the pressure pump and return manifold to torque.

Clean the threaded seats for the above mentioned pipe on the manifold and on the pressure pump using heptane.

Secure the return manifold to the exhaust manifold and tighten the retaining nuts. - 1016A10 sound-proofing cover - r + r
