3025017 - 1044B20 fuel filter filtering element - replace

Removing ( Refitting ) Position the vehicle on the ramp.Ensure that the ignition key is in the OFF position, then disconnect the negative battery terminal (-).

Proceed with removal  - 1016A10  sound-proofing cover - r + r .Proceed with removal  - 7055B54  under-engine guard - r r .Proceed with removal  - 1044B10  fuel filter assembly - r + r or replace .Position the fuel filter in a vice fitted with protective jaws.1. Undo and remove the fuel filter water presence sensor.2. Undo and remove the fuel filer's filter element using a suitable tool. Refitting ( Removing ) Fit a new filter element on the fuel filter and tighten it fully by hand.Place the fuel filter water presence sensor in its housing.Proceed with refitting  - 1044B10  fuel filter assembly - r + r or replace .Proceed with refitting  - 7055B54  under-engine guard - r r .Proceed with refitting  - 1016A10  sound-proofing cover - r + r .Connect the negative (-) battery terminal.Remove the car from the ramps.
