3025421 - 5040A60 pipe from condenser to evaporator (expansion pipe) - r+r

Removing ( Refitting ) Observe the following precaution.

Follow the safety instructions ( See subassembly 5040   AIR CONDITIONING CASING AND COMPONENTS ).

Place the vehicle on a lift. - 7025A12  Engine front sound insulation COVER - R.R. - 7025A14  Bonnet LID - R.R.Drain the coolant ( - 0010T84  coolant for air conditioning system dehydrate and recharge ). - 7055B54  under-engine guard - r r - 7055B64  Engine compartment DUST shield in front wheel arch (one), left or right - R.R. - 7055B42  Additional FRONT WHEEL ARCH (one), left or right - R.R. - 7210E10  R.R. FRONT BUMPER1. Working in front of the right front wheel, undo the bolts fixing the air duct.2. Remove the air duct. 1. Disconnect the pipe connector from the condenser.

Seal the disconnected connectors, using suitable plugs, to prevent humidity and impurities from entering the system.

2. Disconnect the pipe from the intermediate connector.3. Keep the pipe from the condenser to the connector. Refitting ( Removing ) Check that the pipe is not damaged or cracked.

Replace the O-rings for the connectors. Only use green coloured seals, resistant to R134A refrigerant. Lubricate the thread of the connectors using anti-freeze.

Position the pipe.Connect the pipe connectors and tighten the bolt and the nut.

Place the air duct in position and secure it using the bolts. - 7210E10  R.R. FRONT BUMPER - 7055B42  Additional FRONT WHEEL ARCH (one), left or right - R.R. - 7055B64  Engine compartment DUST shield in front wheel arch (one), left or right - R.R. - 7055B54  under-engine guard - r rRepressurize using coolant fluid ( - 0010T84  coolant for air conditioning system dehydrate and recharge ). - 7025A14  Bonnet LID - R.R. - 7025A12  Engine front sound insulation COVER - R.R.
