Removing ( Refitting )  - 7025A12  Engine front sound insulation COVER - R.R. - 7025A14  Bonnet LID - R.R.  - 5505A28  container of supplementary junction unit in engine bay - r r1. Check that the negative battery terminal is not disconnected.2. Disconnect the electrical earth lead at the negative battery terminal.

3. Disconnect the electrical earth connection at the chassis.

4. Disconnect the electrical earth connection on the power unit.

5. Remove the battery earth lead. Refitting ( Removing ) Check that the battery earth lead is not damaged and that the individual conductors are firmly attached to the connections. If necessary, check the continuity.Position the battery earth lead.Connect the earth connection to the power unit.

Connect the earth connection on the bodyshell.
