It is not possible to remove/refit the manual gearbox with differential in the car. The power unit has to be removed/refitted and then the manual gearbox with differential has to be separated from the engine at the bench.

) Proceed with removal - 1016A10 sound-proofing cover - r + r .Proceed with removal - 7055B54 under-engine guard - r r .Proceed with removal - 1088D24 rigid pipe for coolant inlet to water pump - r + r .Proceed with removal - 5530B10 battery - r+r .Proceed with removal - 5530B52 Battery DRIP TRAY/SUPPORT - R.R. .Proceed with removal - 1048A10 air cleaner filtering element - replace .Proceed with removal - 1076B70 exhaust pipe between pre-catalytic converter and catalytic converter - r r .Proceed with removal - 5520B10 starter motor - r+r .Proceed with removal - 4450B12 front or rear wheels (two) - r+r .Proceed with removal - 7055B42 Additional FRONT WHEEL ARCH (one), left or right - R.R. .Proceed with removal - 2110A10 manual gearbox and differential - r + r .Proceed with removal - 2110C20 seals for gear input shaft - replace with gearbox removed .

Refitting ( Removing

) Proceed with refitting - 2110C20 seals for gear input shaft - replace with gearbox removed .Proceed with refitting - 2110A10 manual gearbox and differential - r + r .Proceed with refitting - 7055B42 Additional FRONT WHEEL ARCH (one), left or right - R.R. .Proceed with refitting - 4450B12 front or rear wheels (two) - r+r .Proceed with refitting - 5520B10 starter motor - r+r .Proceed with refitting - 1076B70 exhaust pipe between pre-catalytic converter and catalytic converter - r r .Proceed with refitting - 1048A10 air cleaner filtering element - replace .Proceed with refitting - 0010T67 hydraulic clutch system bleed air .Proceed with refitting - 5530B52 Battery DRIP TRAY/SUPPORT - R.R. .Proceed with refitting - 5530B10 battery - r+r .Proceed with refitting - 1088D24 rigid pipe for coolant inlet to water pump - r + r .Refill the engine cooling system with coolant - 0010T20 coolant change .Refill the manual gearbox and differential - 0010T40 change manual gearbox oil .Proceed with refitting - 7055B54 under-engine guard - r r .Proceed with refitting - 1016A10 sound-proofing cover - r + r .
