Position the vehicle on a flat surface.Turn the ignition key to the ON position.
The check on the level of the electro-hydraulic selection gearbox hydraulic system fluid level should be carried out with the engine off at ambient temperature (engine cold).
Carry out 10 gear changes with the engine switched off to collect any traces of oil through recirculation.Connect the Examiner diagnostic equipment and select and carry out the 'accumulator depressurizing' function.Open the bonnet lid and check the hydraulic system fluid level using the references on the tank; if the level is below the MAX mark, top it up, if it is above it, restore the level to the MAX mark using a suitable syringe.
It is advisable to make a note of the amount of oil required for topping up.
