1. Adjust the rapid connector (1a) and disconnect the upper coolant hose (1b) from the radiator.

1. Adjust the two rapid connectors (1a) and disconnect the two pipes to the heater (1b).

1. Open the fastening band (1a) and disconnect the coolant recirculation pipe (1b) from the throttle casing.

1. Disconnect the single-acting valve from the brake servo.

1. Disconnect the ends of the gear engagement and selection rods.

1. Undo the fixing bolts (1a) and move the mounting bracket (1b) complete with gear selection and engagement rods away from the work area.

1. Undo the two fixing bolts (1a) and move the clutch control cylinder (1b) away from the work area.

1. Undo the two fixing bolts (1a) and disconnect the two sets of electrical wiring (1b) from the positive battery terminal.

1. Undo the fixing bolt (1a) and disconnect the earth lead on the gearbox (1b).

1. Release the brake fluid pipe from the mounting bracket.2. Undo the two fixing nuts (2a) and release the wheel hub (2b) from the shock absorber.

1. Release the driveshaft (1a) from the joint on the differential using a suitable tool (1a) and move it away from the work area.

Op. 1008C32 GEARBOX LOWER REACTION ROD -R.R.1. Use the rapid connector (1a) to disconnect the fuel manifold fuel pipe (1b).2. Use the rapid connector (2a) to disconnect the intake manifold fuel vapour recovery pipe (2b).

Then raise the lift in order to be able to reattach the power unit to the safety chains.

Refitting ( Removing

) Use the hydraulic lift to rest the power unit on the support positioned previously and make sure that it is stable and then release the safety chains. Then lower the lift in order to be able to reattach the power unit to the safety chains in the engine compartment.1. Tighten the nut fixing the flexible mounting to the gearbox side rigid support.

1. Conect the fuel pipe (1a) to the fuel manifold using the rapid connector (1b).2. Connect the fuel vapour recovery pipe (2a) to the intake manifold using the rapid connector (2b).

Op. 1076B18 RIGID SECTION OF EXHAUST PIPE BETWEEN CATALYTIC CONVERTER AND SILENCER - R + R1. Connect the earth on the gearbox (1a) and tighten the fixing bolt (1b).

1. Connect the two sets of electrical wiring (1a) to the positive battery terminal and tighten the two fixing bolts (1b).

1. Fit the clutch operating cylinder (1a) and tighten the two fixing bolts (1b).

1. Position the mounting bracket (1a) complete with gear engagement/selection rods and tighten the fixing bolts (1b).

1. Connect the two ends of the gear engagement and selection rods.

1. Connect the single-acting valve from the brake servo.

1. Connect the coolant recirculation pipe (1b) to the throttle casing and renew the fastening band (1b).

1. Connect the two pipes to the heater (1a) using the two rapid connectors (1b).

1. Connect the two air conditioning pipes (1a) to the compressor and tighten the two fixing bolts (1b) to torque.
