Open the fastening band (1a) and disconnect the radiator coolant supply pipe (1b).

1. Open the fastening bands (1a) and disconnect the two heater coolant supply and return pipes (1b).

1. Open the fastening band (1a) and disconnect the coolant recirculation pipe (1b) from the throttle casing.

1. Disconnect the electrical connection (1a) for the engine management control unit and the coupling (1b).

2. Undo the fixing bolts (2a) and disconnect the two earths on the crankcase (2b).

1. Use the rapid connector (1a) to disconnect the fuel manifold fuel pipe (1b).2. Use the rapid connector (2a) to disconnect the intake manifold fuel vapour recovery pipe (2b).

Move the protective cover for the engine oil pressure sensor away.1. Disconnect the electrical connection for the engine oil pressure warning light switch.

1. Undo the fixing bolts (1a) and remove cylinder head (1b) and gasket.

Refitting ( Removing

) 1. Fit a new cylinder head gasket.

1. Position the cylinder head on the cylinder block/crankcase.2. Tighten the new fixing bolts to the recommended torque, following the order illustrated in the diagram.

1. Connect the electrical connection for the air conditioning compressor engagement electromagnet.

Refit the protective cover for engine oil pressure warning light switch.1. Conect the fuel pipe (1a) to the fuel manifold using the rapid connector (1b).2. Connect the fuel vapour recovery pipe (2a) to the intake manifold using the rapid connector (2b).

1. Connect the electrical connection for the detonation sensor.
