) Op. 5510C14 IGNITION COIL/S - R+R Op. 1016A20 SINGLE TAPPET COVER -R.R AND REPLACE GASKET1. Lock the rotation of the camshaft involved using an ordinary spanner in the hexagon in the actual shaft.2. Undo the bolt fixing the driven toothed pulley involved.

1. Remove the toothed driven pulley.

1. Undo the guard fixing bolts.Move the guard slightly aside.2. Disconnect the electrical connection (2a) for the timing sensor and remove the guard (2b).

Undo the fixing bolts (1a) and remove the bearing cap (1b).

1. Remove the oil seal.

Refitting ( Removing

) 1. Fit the oil seal manually on the camshaft.

1. Place the bearing cap (1a) in position and tighten the fixing bolts (1b).

1. Fit the guard (1a) and connect the electrical connection (1b) for the timing sensor.

2. Tighten the guard fixing bolts.

1. Fit the toothed driven pulley.

use a new pulley fixing bolt.

1. Lock the rotation of the camshaft involved using an ordinary spanner in the hexagon in the actual shaft.2. Tighten the bolt fixing the driven toothed pulley involved to torque.
