Op. 1072B51 AIR INTAKE CHAMBER - R.R. FOR VERSIONS WITH AIR CONDITIONING Op. 1072B11 INTAKE MANIFOLD - R.R. AND REPLACE GASKET FOR VERSIONS WITH AIR CONDITIONINGProceed as described below at the bench.1. Disconnect the actuator vacuum pipe.2. Undo the bolts fixing the mounting bracket for the pneumatic actuator to the intake manifold.3. Undo the bolts fixing the actuator to the mounting bracket.4. Release the pneumatic actuator from the PDA throttle control rack.5. Remove the pneumatic actuator.

1. Position the pneumatic actuator.2. Secure the pneumatic actuator to the PDA throttle control rack.3. Tighten the bolts fixing the actuator to the mounting bracket.4. Tighten the bolts fixing the mounting bracket for the pneumatic actuator to the intake manifold.5. Connect the vacuum pipe to the actuator.
