3363004 - 5040B31 expansion valve on evaporator for automatic climate control system-r r

Removing ( Refitting ) - 5040A10 Air conditioning refrigerant CIRCUIT - Draining and Refilling  - 1048A28  vacuum air circuit resonator pipe - r+r - 1056B14  throttle case - r + r - 1056B87  ignition/injection system control unit mount - r r1. Undo the nuts (1a) fixing the air conditioning pipes (1b) to the expansion valve.Disconnect the climate control system pipes from the expansion valve.2. Undo the two expansion valve bolts.3. Remove the expansion valve.
Refitting ( Removing ) Position the expansion valve in the special housing.
Always replace the expansion valve seals.
Tighten the expansion valve bolts to torque.

Connect the climate control system pipes to the expansion valve.Tighten the bolts fixing the air conditioning pipes to the expansion valve to torque.
