3362863 - 3330D74 Idler shaft SUPPORT on brake servo - R.R. on right hand drive versions

Removing ( Refitting )  - 5530B56  BATTERY DRIP TRAY COVER - R.R.Disconnect the battery negative terminal.

 - 7040A07  upper compartment on facia - r r1. Undo the nut (1a) and the bolt (1b), then remove reinforcement bracket (1c).2. Undo clips (2a), undo retainer (2b) and disconnect brake servo pushrod (2c).
1. Undo bolts (1a) securing idler shaft (1b) to the body.
1. Remove retaining ring (1a), withdraw retaining pin (1b) on the reaction sahft and release forks (1c).2. Move the shaft backwards in the arrowed direction, then withdraw from the reaction ring on the bracket.
1. Remove the idler shaft mount on the brake servo from the passenger compartment.
Refitting ( Removing ) Starting from inside the vehicle, position the idler shaft mount on the brake servo.Insert the idler shaft in the pin on the mount.Position the mount forks on the idler shaft, then insert the pin and retaining ring.Tighten the nuts securing the idler shaft mount to the body.Connect the brake servo pushrod to the mount.Position the reinforcement bracket on the body and mount, then tighten the nut and bolt. - 7040A07  upper compartment on facia - r rConnect the battery negative terminal.
