Position the vehicle on a lift.Make sure that the ignition key is in the OFF position, then disconnect the negative battery terminal (-)

1. Loosen the bands (1a) and remove the hose from the air filter to the throttle body (1b).2. Undo the starter motor upper fixing bolt.

1. Open the protective cover for the starter motor electrical connections.2. Undo the nuts (2a) and disconnect the electrical connections (2b) from the starter motor.

3. Undo the remaining bolts (3a) and remove the starter motor (3b).

Place the starter motor in its housing and secure it tightening the bolts to the recommended torque.

Connect the electrical connections to the starter motor and close the protective cover.

Place the hose from the air filter to the throttle body in its housing and tighten the bands.Connect the negative battery terminal (-).

Remove the vehicle from the lift.
