3363004 - 5040B31 expansion valve on evaporator for automatic climate control system-r r

Removing ( Refitting )  - 0010T84  coolant for air conditioning system dehydrate and recharge1. Undo the nuts (1a) fixing the air conditioning pipes (1b) to the expansion valve.Disconnect the climate control system pipes from the expansion valve.2. Undo the two expansion valve bolts.3. Remove the expansion valve. Refitting ( Removing ) Fit the expansion valve in the special housing.

Always replace the expansion valve seals.

Tighten the fixing nuts and connect the two pipes connecting the compressor condenser and connecting the condenser to the evaporator to the expansion valve. - 0010T84  coolant for air conditioning system dehydrate and recharge
