Removing ( Refitting )     Op. 5530B56 BATTERY DRIP TRAY COVER - R.R..Disconnect the battery negative terminal.    1016A40 ignition coil cover on cylinder head- r+r    Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R.    Op. 1084A16 OIL DIPSTICK PIPE - R.R    1076B70 exhaust pipe between pre-catalytic converter and catalytic converter - r r1. Disconnect the electrical connection for the engine oil temperature sensor.

2. Undo the bolts fixing the electrical wiring carrier brackets from the sump.3. Undo the bolt (3a) fixing the rear power unit/intermediate shaft support (3b) to the engine oil sump. Position a suitable container for collecting the engine oil under the vehicle.Undo the engine oil plug and drain the oil into the container.1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the engine flywheel protective guard (1b). Position a suitable support under the sump.1. Undo the front and rear bolts (1a) for the crankcase sump using the spanner (1b).

2. Undo the side bolts (2a) for the crankcase sump using the spanner (2b).

3. Undo the bolts fixing the sump to the gearbox.4. Cut the oil sump sealant using the special tool.

5. Remove the crankcase sump. Refitting ( Removing ) Clean the contact surfaces of crankcase sump and cylinder block.Apply silicone sealant around the edge of the crankcase sump.

Apply a continuous bead of sealant with no breaks.

Position the crankcase sump in its housing with no axial movements.Tighten the side bolts for the crankcase sump to torque using the spanner.

Tighten the front and rear bolts for the crankcase sump to the recommended torque using the spanner.

Tighten the bolts fixing the oil sump to the gearbox to torque.

Tighten the bolt fixing the intermediate driveshaft to the support to torque.Fit the engine flywheel protective guard.Connect the electrical connection for the engine oil temperature sensor.

Tighten the bolts fixing the electrical wiring brackets to the oil sump.    1076B70 exhaust pipe between pre-catalytic converter and catalytic converter - r r    Op. 1084A16 OIL DIPSTICK PIPE - R.R    Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R.    1016A40 ignition coil cover on cylinder head- r+rConnect the battery negative terminal.    Op. 5530B56 BATTERY DRIP TRAY COVER - R.R..    Op. 0010T40 CHANGE MANUAL GEARBOX OIL.    Op. 0010T41 MANUAL GEARBOX OIL CHECK LEVEL AND TOP UP IF NECESSARY.
