Make sure that the gearbox is neutral.

Turn the ignition key ON.Carry out the Selespeed hydraulic circuit depressurisation procedure using an Examiner tester.1. Disconnect the electrical connection on the hydraulic selection system pump.

Disconnect the negative and positive terminals and remove the battery. - 1056B82 injection/ignition system e.c.u. (one) - r + r - 1048A31 RIGID PIPE between air filter and intake manifold - R.R.Using a syringe, drain the oil contained in the reservoir.1. Disconnect the connector (1a) and (1b) of the semi-rigid supply pipe from the uneven gears solenoid to the engagement device.2. Remove the uneven gears engagement oil supply pipe.

1. Disconnect the reservoir fluid pipe from the actuation unit.2. Undo and remove the pressurised oil accumulator.

1. Disconnect the connector (1a) on the semi-rigid supply pipe for the even gear engagement solenoid from the actuation unit, and the connector (1b) for oil supply from the pump.

Raise the car. - 7055B42 Additional FRONT WHEEL ARCH (one), left or right - R.R.1. Disconnect the connector on the pipe from the system oil pump.2. Remove the semi-rigid pipe from the bottom of the engine.

Refitting ( Removing

) Fit the pipe and connect it to the pump. - 7055B42 Additional FRONT WHEEL ARCH (one), left or right - R.R.Lower the vehicle.Connect the connector for oil supply from the pump and the connector on the semi-rigid pipe for oil supply to the even gear solenoid to the actuation unit.Fit the pressurised fluid accumulator.Connect the reservoir oil pipe to the actuation unit.Fit the uneven gears engagement oil supply pipe and tighten the connectors on the actuation unit and selection unit.Connect the electrical connection on the hydraulic selection system pump.
