) Place the car on a lift. - 4450B12 front or rear wheels (two) - r+r - 7055B54 under-engine guard - r r- 7055B64 Engine compartment DUST shield in front wheel arch (one), left or right - R.R.

Refitting ( Removing

) Fit the rigid pipe from the electrohydraulic control unit to the front right brake.Raise the jack until the crossmember is fully home against the bodyshell.Tighten to torque the bolts securing the crossmember to the body longitudinal member.

Tighten to torque the bolts securing the crossmember brackets to the body longitudinal member.

Tighten to torque the bolts securing the steering box to the crossmember.

Removing ( Refitting

) Place the car on a lift. - 4450B12 front or rear wheels (two) - r+r - 7055B54 under-engine guard - r r - 7055B42 Additional FRONT WHEEL ARCH (one), left or right - R.R. - 1016A10 sound-proofing cover - r + r- 5530B10 battery - r+r - 5530B52 Battery DRIP TRAY/SUPPORT - R.R.Remove the protective cap from the bleed valve of one front brake caliperConnect the collection system (pipe and reservoir) to the bleed valve on the brake caliper. Operate the brake pedal until the brake-clutch fluid reservoir is empty.

Seal the oil pipe threaded seats.

1. Disconnect the rigid pipe from the ABS control unit to the right front brake from the hydraulic and electronic control unit.Release the rigid pipe from the ABS hydraulic control unit to the front right brake from the retaining clips present along the pipe.

1. Undo the nut (1a) fixing the rigid pipe to the front brake caliper connector and release the rigid pipe (1b).

- 1076B50 exhaust pipe attachment to engine - r + r - 1008C30 power unit lower reaction link r r - 1008C32 GEARBOX LOWER REACTION ROD ' -R.R.1. Undo the bolts securing the anti-roll bar.2. Undo the bolts securing the steering box to the crossmember.Position a hydraulic jack under the crossmember.3. Undo the bolts securing the crossmember to the bodyshell.Lower the hydraulic jack.Remove the rigid pipe from the electrohydraulic unit to the front right brake.

Refitting ( Removing

) Fit the rigid pipe from the electro-hydraulic control unit to the right front brake.Raise the jack until the crossmember is fully home against the bodyshell.Tighten to torque the bolts securing the crossmember to the body longitudinal member.

Tighten to torque the bolts securing the crossmember brackets to the body longitudinal member.

- 1008C32 GEARBOX LOWER REACTION ROD ' -R.R. - 1008C30 power unit lower reaction link r r - 1076B50 exhaust pipe attachment to engine - r + rTighten the nut fixing the rigid pipe on the flexible pipe connector to the front brake calipers.Tighten the rigid pipe from the ABS control unit to the right front brake on the hydraulic and electronic control unit to torque.

Secure the rigid pipe from ABS control unit to right front brake to the retaining clips present along the pipe.

The protection for the threaded seats in the control unit should only be removed when fitting the brake pipes to prevent possible impurities from entering the control unit.
