Removing ( Refitting ) Place the car on a lift. - 5530B56  BATTERY DRIP TRAY COVER - R.R.Disconnect the battery negative terminal.1. Disconnect the rpm sensor electrical wiring.

2. Disconnect the electrical connection for the engine oil pressure switch.

Release the electrical wiring for the rpm sensor from the retaining bands.1. Undo the fixing bolt (1a), then remove the upper timing protective cover (1b) releasing the electrical wiring for the rpm sensor.
Raise the lift. - 7055B42  Additional FRONT WHEEL ARCH (one), left or right - R.R. - 1092B60  alternator drive belt - r + r - 1092A10  Crankshaft services PULLEY - R.R.1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the lower protective timing cover (1b).
Refitting ( Removing ) Fit the lower protection and tighten the fixing bolts. - 1092A10  Crankshaft services PULLEY - R.R. - 1092B60  alternator drive belt - r + r - 7055B42  Additional FRONT WHEEL ARCH (one), left or right - R.R.Lower the ramp.Fit the coupling for the rpm sensor in the housing in the upper cover.Fit the upper protective cover and secure it using the bolts.Secure the rpm sensor and low engine oil pressure electrical wiring to the timing belt protective cover.Connect the engine rpm sensor electrical connector.
