Undo the nut (1a) fixing the pipe to the condenser connector and disconnect the electrical connection (1b) for the linear sensor.

Lower the vehicle.1. Open the clip retaining the pipe from the condenser to the evaporator.

1. Loosen the nut for the pipe on the evaporator.2. Release the fuel and vapour recovery pipes from the retaining bridge to facilitate the removal of the pipe from the compressor mounting.

1. Remove the air conditioning pipe.

Refitting ( Removing

) Position the air conditioning pipe.Fasten the petrol and vapour recovery pipes to the retaining bridge.Tighten the nut for the pipe on the evaporator to torque.

Close the pipe retaining clip.Raise the vehicle using a lift.Tighten the nut fixing the pipe to the condenser connector and connect the electrical connection for the linear sensor.
