WITH CLIMATE CONTROL CASING REMOVED - 5040C66 air conditioner evaporator - r+r with air conditioner box removed1. Remove the rear seat distribution flap.

1. Remove the linkage for the right air mixture motor.

1. Remove the right air mixture flaps.

1. Remove the DUAL ZONE partition.

1. Disconnect the electrical connector for the left air mixture motor.

Undo the bolts fixing the left air mixture motor.2. Remove the left air mixture motor.3. Remove the linkage for the left air mixture motor.Disconnect the electrical connectors for the air distribution and DEFROST flap motors.

-	Air distribution - defrost flap actuator	N83

4. Undo the bolts fixing the motor mounting.5. Remove the mounting and motors.6. Remove the DEFROST flap drive gear.

1. Remove the left mixture flaps.

1. Remove the DEFROST flap.

Refitting ( Removing

) Fit the DEFROST flap in the special housing.Fit the drive gear for the DEFROST flap.Fit the motor support and distribution motors.Connect the electrical connectors for the air distribution and DEFROST motors.

Fit the left air mixture flaps in the special housings.Fit the linkage for the left air mixture flaps.Secure the left mixed air motor tightening the fixing bolts.Connect the electrical connector for the left mixed air motor.

Position the DUAL ZONE partition.Fit the right air mixture flaps in the special housings.Fit the linkage for the right air mixture flaps.Fit the rear seat air distribution flap.Fit the evaporator in the special housing. - 5040C66 air conditioner evaporator - r+r with air conditioner box removed - 5010B63 CONNECTING DUCT BETWEEN CLIMATE CONTROL CASING AND DASHBOARD TRIM - R.R.
