- 7040A07 upper compartment on facia - r r1. Undo clips (1a) to release retainer (1b) and disconnect the brake servo master cylinder (1c) from the reaction pushrod.

1. Remove clip (1a) and extractor retaining pin (1b), then release the idler shaft fork from the brake servo reaction pushrod.2. Release the reaction spring by releasing from the hole on the pushrod.3. Unscrew bolt (3a) and remove the reaction pushrod on brake servo (3b) from inside the passenger compartment.

Refitting ( Removing

) Position the reaction pushrod on the brake servo inside the car and tighten the bolt.Insert the reaction spring in the hole on the brake servo pushrod.Insert the retaining pin between fork and brake servo pushrod, then secure using the retaining clip.Connect the brake servo master cylinder to the reaction pushrod. - 7040A07 upper compartment on facia - r rConnect the battery negative terminal.
