) 1. Disconnect the electrical connectors (1a) of the defrost actuator and the connector (1b) of the ventilation distribution actuator.

2. Undo the bolts fixing the actuator mounting bracket.3. Remove the bracket with the actuators.Separate the actuators from the mounting bracket.4. Remove the transmission gears of the air distribution flap actuators.

Refitting ( Removing

) Fit the gears on the respective spindles of the air distribution flaps.Fit the actuators on the mounting bracket.Secure the mounting bracket with the actuators to the climate control casing, tightening the fixing bolts.Connect the electrical connectors (1a) of the defrost actuator and connector (1b) of the ventilation distribution actuator.
